Meet the Culinary Visionary
At the heart of Heritage at Great Trail is the extraordinary talent of Executive Chef Gina Vizzo-Bratu. Her passion for the culinary arts ignited at a young age in her family's restaurant in Wooster, Ohio. Fueled by this early exposure, she pursued formal training at Pennsylvania Culinary in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and honed her skills through an externship in Naples, Florida. Chef Gina's impressive career spans successful restaurants throughout Florida and Ohio, where she mastered every facet of the industry. Her lifelong dream of owning and operating her own restaurant culminated in the opening of Heritage Bistro in downtown Canton in June 2024. Now, she brings her vision and expertise to Heritage at Great Trail, promising a menu that reflects her dedication to quality and innovation.
Partnering with Chef Gina is her husband, Brent Bratu, who serves as General Manager and Co-Owner. Together, they form a dynamic team, ensuring that every aspect of your dining experience is exceptional. Brent's expertise in restaurant management complements Chef Gina's culinary artistry, creating a seamless and unforgettable atmosphere.
