Thank You for Your Interest in Staying with Us at The Inn at Great Trail Golf Course!

The following are frequently asked questions. Please reach out to us if you would like additional information.

The Inn at Great Trail Reservations

All overnight reservations must be made online at GreatTrailGC.com. We do not accept reservations over the phone.

Payment

• To streamline check-in, please use a single form of payment for all rooms booked under one reservation. We cannot split payments.
• A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.
• The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to check-in.
• Failure to pay the balance by the due date will result in cancellation of the reservation.
• We do not accept checks.

Groups

For group bookings, please designate one person to handle all arrangements, payments, and communication. Individual room reservations are also welcome.

Tee Times Reservations

Book online at GreatTrailGC.com or by calling the clubhouse.

Golf Discounts

• Enjoy 25% off golf (not valid with other offers or golf outings).
• Leagues, outings, and scheduled events have priority over individual tee times.

Cancellation

• Policy 30 days or more prior to arrival: Full refund (minus credit card processing fee)
• 15-29 days prior to arrival: 5|0% refund (minus credit card processing fee)
• 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund.
• No refunds or discounts will be issued due to weather conditions.

Room and Suite Details

We can accommodate up to 37 guests per night.

All Standard rooms are equipped with a mini-fridge, desk, sitting area, microwave and one-cup coffee maker. Pods are provided for each night stay. Additional pods are available for an up-charge if needed. Ice buckets are provided for each room. Bags of ice are available for purchase in the clubhouse during normal business hours.

Room 1 - Standard Room

Sleeps up to 4 people - 2 beds. 2 full beds, television and 1 full bathroom. On ground level with no stairs to enter. Window overlooking the outdoor wedding pergola.

Room 2 - Standard Room

Sleeps up to 4 people - 2 beds. 2 full beds, television and 1 full bathroom. On ground level with no stairs to enter. Window overlooking the outdoor wedding pergola.

Room 3 - Standard Room

Sleeps up to 4 people - 2 beds. 2 full beds, television and 1 full bathroom. On ground level with no stairs to enter. Window overlooking the outdoor wedding pergola.

Room 22 - Standard Room

Sleeps up to 4 people - 2 beds. 2 full beds, television and 1 full bathroom. On second level with stairs to enter. Window overlooking the outdoor wedding pergola.

Room 23 - Standard Room

Sleeps up to 4 people - 2 beds. 2 full beds, television and 1 full bathroom. On second level with stairs to enter. Window overlooking the outdoor wedding pergola.

Suite 21 - 1 Bedroom Suite

Sleeps up to 7 people - 3 beds and 1 chair/fold out single bed. 1 bedroom with 2 full beds, desk, television and 1 full bathroom and 1 half bathroom. Attached is a living room with a full-size refrigerator, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, television, full size leather sleeper sofas and a chair that converts to a single bed. On second level with stairs to enter. Window overlooking number 10 tee box and the outdoor wedding pergola.

Suite 24 - 2 Bedroom Suite

Sleeps up to 10 people - 3 beds and 2 fold out couches. Bedroom 1 has 2 full beds; Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and full bathroom. Attached is a living room with a full-size refrigerator, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, television, 2 full size leather sleeper sofas, table with 4 chairs and a desk area with 4 seats. On second level with stairs to enter with newly built deck overlooking 18th green. The beautiful deck area has seating as well.

Other Accommodations GTGC will not be offering any discounts in 2025 for stays outside of The Inn at GTGC.
