Hot Buffet (75 person minimum) - $17.25 per person plus tax and 15% gratuity
Choice of Two: Roast Beef, Baked Ham, Boneless/Skinless Chicken Breast, Pork or Rigatoni. Baked, Scalloped, Mashed or AuGratin Potato, Vegetable, Tossed Salad, Fresh Vegetable Plate, Cheese Plate, Coffee, Punch and Dessert.
Cold Buffet (50 person minimum) – $13.25 per person plus tax and 15% gratuity
Cold Sliced Roast Beef and Baked Ham, Buns, Rigatoni, Potato Salad, Macaroni Salad or Tossed Salad, Fresh Vegetable Plate, Cheese Plate, Coffee, Punch and Dessert.

Hors D'oeuvres – $9.00 per person plus tax and 15% gratuity
We will serve three hot and three cold selections for one hour. Choose from a variety of selections. Three hot and three cold hors d'oeuvres can be provided with a meal for a maximum of hour for $4.50 per person plus tax.
Hamburger or Hot Dog – $7.50 per person plus tax and 15% gratuity
Hamburger, Hot Dog, Potato or Macaroni Salad, Baked Beans, Condiments, (choice of any two beverages) Coffee, Iced Tea or Lemonade
Bar and Set-Ups
All alcohol, mix, glasses and bartenders must be furnished by the customer! Ice will be furnished for mixed drinks only.

The minimum size for a party held in the Tee House is 100. Smaller parties can be arranged in the Trails End. If the Tee House is not in use the day of your event, your event may be moved to the Tee House.
Tables are fully set up for all meals including plastic table covering. For a wedding reception we will provide plastic skirting for the bridal table, cake table and the gift table. Linen tablecloths are available for rent @ $6.50, linen napkins @ .55 each and linen skirting available @ $13.00 each.
Customers are charged on the basis of the number of reservations made. If the number of meals served is greater than the number of reservations, there will be an additional charge for each extra person as specified above. The members of the band and bartenders hired by the customer will be counted in the total number of people served if they go through the buffet line. Any persons not eating are expected to pay a $5.00 cover charge.
If the event is a reception with a cake, the customer must furnish the cake, paper plates, napkins and plastic forks for the serving of the cake. If the cake is cut by personnel from the Tee House a $65.00 charge will be added. Dessert will not be provided by the Tee House if cake is served.
- A $325.00 non-refundable reservation fee is required for reservations. This fee is to cover set-up and clean-up costs and is not deducted from the total bill
- Sales Tax and 15% Gratuity will be added to your bill.
- Full payment is due at or before the conclusion of the event.
- All parties must vacate the premises by 11:00 PM or 6 hours from beginning of event. A FEE OF $100.00 PER 15 MINUTES WILL BE CHARGED AFTER 11:00.
- All remaining food is property of the Tee House
- All clean up is done by Great Trail Staff
- Prices are subject to change throughout the year.
- Security is the responsibility of the customer. All theft, vandalism or any other damage will be added to the customer's bill.*
